Job description for Legal Officer at KB Insurance Indonesia
- Liaise with the government related to foreign employee working permits and all legal documents related to business activities
- Analyze and make bilingual agreements (in English & Indonesian)
- Filling legal documents
- Update any regulation to business activities
- MUST possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- At least 3 years of working experience in the field of litigation (Experience in the general insurance industry is a plus point)
- Own professional advocate certification (PERADI)
- Good knowledge of the legal affair, business law, drafting, and legal review
- Fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written)
- Result-oriented, willing to learn, and strict with deadlines
- Willing to be placed in the Sudirman Area
