Role:
- You will lead a team of backend developers to build and deliver high-quality web and mobile apps
Responsibilities:
- Supervise senior and junior software engineers to achieve project objectives
- Communicate with clients as technical consultant
- Standardize internal development process and base code
- Develop backend system of web and mobile applications
- Deliver requested application on time and on scope
- Maintain existing web applications to achieve service level agreement (SLA)
- Improve technical performance of web applications
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or other majors with relevant knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing web application with MVC frameworks
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mentoring and supervising junior developers
- Excellent analytical and programming skills, especially with PHP or ASP .NET
- Knowledgeable in Linux or Microsoft Azure system administration
