工作內容
Job Description:
- Do quality check for product translation. Make sure the product description are all great and easy to understand
- Manage and have good communication with Chinese Sellers in either English or Chinese (written and spoken)
- Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
- Other ad-hoc projects may be given due to business needs
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
Requirements:
- Good at Chinese and English (HSK 5 -6)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
- Knowledge in Excel will be a plus
- Please attach CV in both English and Chinese
