Job description for KOL Specialist at Kulina
- Responsible for collecting and providing KOL (influencers) resources across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Responsible for developing and executing KOL marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow the KOL database.
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build and maintain the creator ecosystem.
- Responsible for analyzing and making reports of KOLs performance.
- Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, or a related major.
- A minimum of one year of work experience in KOL, influencer management, or a similar role is required.
- Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Strong planning skills for campaigns, creative, and good at brain-storming.
- Familiarize yourself with influencers on various platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Available to start immediately and willing to work in a hybrid capacity in the Jakarta area.
