What you will do :
- Responsible for collecting and providing KOL (influencers) resources across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences.
- Developing an effective influencer communication strategy and oversee the implementation, by combining in-depth knowledge of business objectives and online strategies.
- Conduct ideation, research, executing and maintain day-to-day social media influencers campaign.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Cross-collaboration and coordination with different teams to build and develop a strong relationship with Influencers with the long-term partnership to keep in mind.
- Responsible for analyzing and making reports of KOLs performance.
Who will fit :
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relation, Marketing Communication or a related major.
- If you have media, Influencer & Management Database is a plus
- A minimum of one year of work experience in Community, KOL, influencer management, or a similar role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning skills for campaigns, creative, and good at brain-storming.
- Social Media Savvy and know the business objective for each social platform (Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Available to start immediately and willing to work in West Jakarta
