Individual Job Responsibilities:
• Achieves Sales objectives, manages distribution of brand(s) portfolio within an assigned territory
• Works closely with brand(s) & manage Store Coordinates under e-commerce platforms, sales communications and promotional activities within the assigned territory.
• Promotes and sells brand’s products and programs through e-commerce platforms.
• Executes sales strategies and go-to-market plans in assigned territory, focusing on sales growth.
• Ensures a healthy sales pipeline with respect to the defined sales plans and follows strategy that defined from the Key Account lead
• Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.
• Current & New product sales and new customer acquisition with Activation Marketing and campaign in attachment with brand performance
• Understand customer processes and pain points, while providing solutions and technologies to address them
• Provides input/VOC on portfolio and marketing tactics quality to marketing activities and placement
• Provides input to leader to determine pricings strategies and how’s market behavior
• Ensures Compliance to defined internal and external regulations; collaborating with platform’s PIC & communicate the updates within internal team
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major .
• Preferably candidate with strong connection & network to main distributors and brands
• Preferably candidate with credible reputation and relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
• Language skills needed: Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Prior working experience in the e-commerce field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, strong written and oral communications skills
