1. INTRODUCTION

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build up resources for searching for suitable candidates for Company’s vacancies. Suggest and use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Skype…).
- Work closely with the team leader to analyze and understand the knowledge of the workforce within the company.
- Propose and implement ideas or actions to continuously improve the process and meet targets in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Build up HR network, Industries network and analyze the suitable channels for recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
3. REQUIREMENT
- From 1-3 years of recruitment experience in the IT field.
- Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
- Good problem-solving skill and negotiation skills.
- Hardworking, progressive, and love to communicate.
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
- Fluent in English skills.
