Job description
- Be responsible for job posting on recruitment websites and social networks.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Maintain a recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
- Provide the onboarding process for new hires and implement the Training Program.
- Develop and monitor training annual plans and report the quality to the supervisor.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and experience required
- Fluent in English
- Very well organized and rigorous.
- Skill of presentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on-time.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Dynamic, creative, and eager to learn.
