The Singapore office of growing global Top-10 rated change consultancy Daggerwing Group is looking for a Intern, Junior Associate to join a smart, creative, fun and supportive team. As a member of our team, you will work on a variety of challenging projects focused on the people side of change management – ranging from new operating model changes and M&As, to major culture enterprise shifts and digital, marketing and CX transformations.

With Daggerwing, you’ll get to…
· Support Research, Strategy & Client Deliverables
o Conduct research on clients to extract key findings, provide analysis, summarise findings and prepare insight reports
o Participate in internal brainstorming sessions with the consulting team
o Participate in developing change strategies and providing implementation recommendations
o Pursue market intelligence on APAC trends and insights for business growth and client relevance.
· Support Project Management
o Manage your own time and tasks according to the requirements of the project(s)
o Be flexible and adaptable as a key member across multiple teams

o Build relationships with team members and clients

Qualifications
· Currently enrolled or graduate from an MBA or MA program for Organisational Development, Change Management, Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational or Occupational Psychology, International Management or related field.
· We would consider post-graduates in other fields like Law, Engineering, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, as long as you have a strong passion for effecting positive transformation and leading in the new
· Relevant work experience in consulting and/or client side in areas of operations, communications, marketing/brand planning and strategy; customer/category insights, business development, or sales
· Career interest in consulting
· Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
· Strong presentation skills
· Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
· Strong strategic consultancy skills and the ability to provide insights and recommendations into change management and related client projects
· Appetite for Apple MAC Microsoft Office as we are a MAC-friendly environment
· Exceptional work ethic; entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and results driven, analytical thinking, detail oriented and interpersonal ability.
· Has a strong positive attitude, open to receiving and providing constructive feedback with growth for self and team in mind.
· Project management skills – able to effectively manage your time and prioritise multiple and sometimes competing tasks
· Creative problems solving and conceptual thinking skills that can be applied tactically to deliverables or conceptual to strategies and frameworks
