Education Background : Informatic Engineering, Computer Science, or Related
Minimum Education Degree : Bachelor
General Requirement:
- Having a good attitude, high sense of responsibility, detail and well organized
- Excellent communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to overtime, after-office hours, weekend/holiday, and night shift schedule either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs
- Have a good communication skill
- Have a good understanding about network topology
Specific skill required:
- Understand about installation and configuration of Router, Switch Managed, Wireless Controller, Access Point, Server, and related IT devices
- Having knowledge in Information Security, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Server, Firewall, Network devices
- Capable to operate and maintain Active Directory server
- Understand Microsoft Office 365 services
Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of network, server, and related IT devices
- Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, working to minimize network downtime and the effects of downtime users by scheduling needed maintenance or upgrades to provide minimal disruption of service to users
- Intalling and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaning computer systems and networks
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware. Providing technical support across the company, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing and evalaute new technology
- Perform regular backup and documentation for network configuration and server system
- Support systems and network infrastructure for branch offices either on-site or remotely
- Ensuring the IT Projects are running properly to the team
