1. S1, min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
2. Min 3 years working experience in Banking industry (as IT/ IT Consultant) and at least 1 years working experience as Business Analyst (or similar role)
3. Understand General Banking process, product & technology
4. Strong analytical thinking in business process, system analysis and testing
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
6. Proven ability to learn new business, process, product and technology
7. Understand Project Management and SDLC
8. Having strong interpersonal skills to be able to lead, communicate and manage all parties involved in project
9. Proactive,self-motivated, fast learner, can do attitude, multitasking, able to work under required time & pressure
10. Having experience in Project related with HC, EGLS, SKN/ RTGS, ORMS is a plus
Work of Scope:
1. Acting as Business Units - IT Alliance, for their IT Solutions requirements for the following Projects:
- Upgrade OS dan DB Human Capital System
- Upgrade OS & DB EGLS (Enterprise GL System)
- Upgrade OS & DB SKN & RTGS
- Upgrade OS & DB ORMS (Operation Risk Management System)
2. Understanding current business process, product & technology involved.
3. Detailing Business Requirement (Functional and Non Functional) by gathering input from all stakeholder and defining the most effective and efficient IT Solutions deliverables.
4. Prepare detail IT Project Plan to achieve IT Solution deliverables by coordinating with all parties involved.
5. Prepare SDLC documents (Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FSD, SIT, UAT, Implementation Plan, Project Closure etc)
6. Manage Users (Business Users, IT, Vendor) during testing phase (SIT/ UAT)
7. Acting as Project Manager to ensure that the project is delivered within timeline, quality and budget.
8. Prepare and conduct Project Communication update to all stakeholders through meeting, presentation, etc.
9. Ensure all documents and process already according to IT Policy, Procedure & Governance.
10. To have capabilities to run multiple Projects at the same time.
