Scuti Co., Ltd IT Project Manager 工作職責
DESCRIPTION:
- Define business/functional requirement through the discussion with the customer
- Adjust the scope of the contract
- Make the entire WBS
- Manage the assign, progress and quality of multiple projects
- Make the plan and execute the service launch
- Give the feedback to the developers on 1on1 meetings
- Join recruitment process of developers
- Join HR assessment process
- Make the strategy of development team of 1 year
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
- Experience of project management for at least 5 years
- Experience to discuss and negotiate with customers in uncertain situation of a project
- Experience to make estimations toward potential customers
- Experience the design docs such as basic/detailed design, non-functional requirement, system architecture, etc.
Nice to have:
- Hold PMP certificate
- Experience to make the curriculum of the training
- Have the clear opinion who Vietnam IT industry should grow after the offshore center from now on
- Communicate fluency in English or Japanese (we will evaluate during the interview)
