JOB SUMMARY:
-Ensure all campaign activities can be seen the results. Campaigns that need to be continued or that need to be improved. So that customers can feel a good customer experience from every program offered
-Digital coverage, Loyalty & merchant
-Increase revenue for banks and optimization of campaign costs.
-Increase Loyalty engagement
-Optimize from every existing campaign by optimizing from post campaign results
-Responsible for BAU and Adhoc reporting, audit, and regulatory
-Ensure SLA and improve SLA
-Leading and ensuring the profitability of the campaign to achieve the bank's overall profitability targets.
-Ensure the effectiveness of the campaign by optimizing the number of campaigns and contact management.
-Ensure the accuracy of the report sent is true and accurate
-Collaborating with businesses so that champion and challenger campaigns can be carried out
-Innovating on customer loyalty so that there is a relationship between the customer and the bank.
REQUIREMENTS:
IT related major, Mathematic, Statistic
Languages:
-English
-Indonesia
Experience & Skill:
- Min Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science. Mathematic / Statistic
-Working experience as Campaign (SAS/SQL/Phyton)
-Experience handle campaign project
-Experience on campaign management/analytics/ Marketing analytics in Banking at least 2 year
-Strong analytical thinking
