We're looking for exceptional and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our awesome team in Bali and Bandung.
General Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree from any IT, Business, or Engineering major.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst in software development area.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivelant
- Have a sufficient IT knowledge to be able to ineract with Developers on the same professional level.
- Able to interpret business problems and work towards an IT solution.
- Excellent people skills
- Understanding of software development process
- Must be adept at translating business requirements to technical requirements, including the usage of analysis and modeling tools.
- Quick learner, you will need to master systems in the quickest way possible.
- Good written and verbal communication, including technical writing
- Fluent in English -- both written and verbal
- Able to work in teams with minimum supervision
Nice to have:
- Experienced on web or mobile apps product development
- Experienced on agile development methodologies
- Had good sense of UI design and UX -- you just hate the apps that's look bad
