Job description for IT Application Support - Branch Support at PT. MIDAS DAYA TEKNOLOGI
- Ensuring the core banking system servers are working optimally
- Perform analysis, provide recommendations and solutions to user regarding the problems in real time
- Work together and good coordination with team and vendors to optimize solving the problems
- Able to apply user logic to the system
- Responsible for communicating, analyzing, documenting, building, implementing, and maintaining reports based on request from user.
- Good Technical Knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, MySQL, and any other computer software
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication), engineering(industrial), computer science/information technology or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English knowledge is a must
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and fast trouble issue
- Willing to work in shift is a MUST
- Willing to adapt in both technology and business domains
- Must posses strong will towards identifying, analyzing and closing problems raised in the software
- Must possess and professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers/users over the phone.
- Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to join fast is the priority
- Willing to work project side
