Job description for Intern Corporate Communications at SATS Ltd
Strategic Communications
· Assists in the development of media releases, fact sheets, bios, corporate website content, social media posts, and other materials.
· Handles adaptation and dissemination of announcements across a wide range of communication outlets, including corporate website and social media platforms.
· Helps to organise media visits, media launches and press conferences and handles invites/RSVPs.
· Prepares briefing documents for senior management and staff in relation to events, visits and interviews.
· Participates in presentations with key stakeholders, including senior management and working groups.
· Performs post-evaluation of communication activities and provides insights and learnings for future activities.
· Contributes to the production of SATS Annual and Sustainability Reports and supporting textual and visual materials.
Corporate Assets
· Conceptualises and develops creative ideas and multimedia assets for media and stakeholder engagement activities, including campaigns and events.
· Coordinates with vendors for photoshoots and video productions with internal teams and external vendors.
· Liaises with internal stakeholders and appointed vendor to publish news and update corporate website content.
General
· Provide logistical and administrative support for the team, such as applying and renewing airport passes, processing invoices, taking minutes and documentation of information.
· Handling of ad hoc projects from time to time.
Requirements
· Currently enrolled in an undergraduate course for Communications or a similar field.
· Proficient in Microsoft applications.
· Good command of English.
· Effective communicator with good analytical skills.
· Capacity to own initiatives and ability to work independently with guidance provided.
· Strong sense of responsibility and organisational skills.
