Job description for Intern - Business Development Assistant at Friendchised Indonesia
- BDA plays a key role in expanding the company's sales operations across verticals and geographies.
- BDA finds ways to reach out to our target profile, e.g. CFO and Procurement Heads, and introduces our solutions on phone and mail, to get an interest from the prospect. Identify and research potential clients/ companies, key people, discover contact information, make strategies to reach out, and generate leads or first appointments.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop and nurture the funnel.
- Contacting prospective clients through a variety of mediums – this could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing.
- Keeping on top of administrative tasks – such as updating CRM (customer relationship management) systems
- Working with other teams and colleagues to help align offerings with the needs of clients
- Identifying and Research new partners with whom we can collaborate
