Job description for Human Resources Generalist at Pt Sehati Bangunan Abadi
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Handle full cycle of Payroll and benefits administration
- Handling performance evaluation to the staffs.
- Maintain employee's relation issue.
- Maintain employee's administration, including BPJS, paid leave, attendance, and data administration and HRIS.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidate, taking care of the contract and general onboarding process.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Human Resources
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Depth understanding about HR system, database, employment law, organization development and conflict management.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Ability to multi-task, working under pressure, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Have a strong communication skill, honest, well organized, and discipline
