Job description for HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST MANAGER at Flyman Nathalie
- Manage all HR operation ( recruitment, agreement, retention, administration, office managemet)
- Responsible for ensuring the policy and SOP are in place, updated and followed by all employees
- Work together with the payroll team for employee benefit , attendance, and payroll management
- Maintains records and compiles reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, turnover, employee program, performance appraisals, wage progression
- Plans and coordinates new employee onboarding to forster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Do the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing- onboarding
- Working experiences in HR fields for 1 - 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in Pschology, Human Resources Management , law or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching and communications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proven ability to identify and recommend creative solutions
- Having experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
- Have a good knowledge and understand UU Cipta Kerja
- Good understanding on HR Tools (performance and talent management,etc)
- Computer Literate ( Microsoft Office)
