- Searching and attracting the best candidates, handle the recruitment process end to end, such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session.
- Conduct employee performance assessments
- Manage company HR administration, maintain employee data to ensure all data is valid & updated
- Responsible for mediation in relations between employees or between employees and the management of the Company
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance review
- Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Employee Development, Employee Contracts and day to day activity of HR operational including BPJS registration, Leave Balance Record, attendance reports and records, maintain overtime calculation compensation and benefit and employee relation.
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Law
- Min. 1 year experience
- Team player, good attitude & good communication skills
- Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines
- Able to learn and adapt to the working environment quickly
- Have a strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Required Skill(S) : Microsoft Office
