Job description for Human Resource Management Support at PT ADOP INDO LESTARI
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Can do performance reviews and vision mapping for the employees with clearly defined KPIs
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Develop and maintain positive working relationship with others
- Support team to reach common goals
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
- Manage employee data attendance, leaves and resignation
- Create and constantly improve the system & SOP's
- Handle payroll and understand compensation and benefits
- Maintain ongoing relationship with employment to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Country Manager or Finance Support.
- Manage daily task: follow up progress sales activity, ensure employees work according to job desc, recap daily report from all employee
- Handle communication with KR team and VRO team
- Bachelor'S degree (S-1) in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Law
- 1 Years of Experience as related field (essential)
- Proficiency required in written and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer literacy- Ms. Office
- Good communication skill in English and Indonesia both spoken and written is a must
- Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
