Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement HR strategy in line with company’s overall strategy and business plan
- Communicate and collaborate with HR staff to improve HR Division
- Have ability in Job Analysis, Workload Analysis, Work Competence, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Training Management
- Have ability in setting up Employee Performance and Key Performance Indicator
- Selection policies and practice, discipline, counseling, and HR motivation
- Develop and implement employee performance evaluation plan
- Provide hands-on support to all Business Unit leaders on Human Resources Aspects
- Build and maintain effective working relations with management and employees to strengthen employee relationship with company
- Suggest New HR Strategies
- Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA Activities
- Implement a comprehensive training in accordance with the purposes of the company
- Ensuring administrative system run in accordance with the procedure
- Maintain good relations with unions and employees
- Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of Management
- Ensuring working conditions clean and comfortable room
- Ensuring all of company assets in the good recorded
- Understanding ISO 27001:2013
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email)
- Must be familiar with local labor law plus other relevant/legal regulations and the current HR practices and policies
- Must be both task & people oriented
- Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to do the jobs.
- Ability to work with team and has good initiative.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- High level of confidentiality and ethics required
- Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation
- Good communication skills with fluent spoken and written Bahasa & English
