- Responsible for Organization Development
- Ensure manpower planning in accordance with the needs and strategic direction of the company.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Carry out the Training Needs Analysis process and develop a Training and Development activity program for the company and ts business units.
- Become a company facilitator in managing Performance Management by assisting unit and individual KPI settings.
- Manage and monitor employee performance through a system in order do the Talent
- Mapping and place appropriate human resources in the organization (through rotation, transfer, and promotion processes).
- Responsible for the entire administrative process related to HR management.
- Carry out all activities related to Industrial Relations (completion of contracts, termination of employment, sanctions, etc.).
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or another related field.
- Have a work experience as HR Supervisor for at least 2 years.
- Understand the implementation of HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Have the ability to manage Compensation and Benefit
- Understanding Performance Management System
- Have the ability in the field of Industrial Relations
- Able to control and review Asset and Building Management (Insurance, Repair, Maintenance)
- Have experiences in a startup company.
