Job description for HR Lead / Manager at Creatory
- Manage and responsible for assigning work, setting objective and evaluating, group's OKR / KPI of HR Branding team and members;
- Conduct market analysis, the needs of audiences, candidates, employees ... to make judgments about Turnover rate, ROI of Employer Branding & Recruitment, thereby providing solutions and suggestions. improving, this includes items such as processes, forms, strategies, content… .;
- Support the Head of People Operation / HRD in planning, budgeting, reporting ... on general and on-demand implementation.
- Coordinating human resources, approved budgets, items and materials ... to achieve branding activities according to schedule, time limit, target outcomes…;
- Review & confirm topics, articles, content, images, schedules ... posted on Employer Brand pages (such as Linkedin, Facebook ...) and other activities (such as: job fairs, MOU with training partner / universities, workshops, seminars ...);
- Recruitment for assigned positions and be in charge of the whole recruitment process (such as: advertising jobs, Screening, Interviewing, Negotiation, Probation & evaluation after probation, ... etc);
- Providing candidates from multiple sources, participate in workshops and events to increase network, completing candidate database and proactively seeking market intelligence and collaboration opportunities;
- Providing internal communication and HR counsel/support to employees on applicable policies, practices, and forms, and process guidelines.
- Partner with managers to drive best practices in talent management – including performance management, engagement, retention, and development of talent and lead annual people processes including employee appraisal, promotion program, and succession planning for the employee;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.
- College or Bachelor’s degree major in Business, Human Resources, or similar.
- Proven HR generalist experience of five years is expected.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
- Proficient in written & spoken English & local language(s).
- HR managers should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Strong change management, being a change agent particularly in people behavior development
- Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
- Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
