A Short, General Summary of the Job :
Run the daily functions of the HR department including recruitment process, HR services (administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices), employer branding, and learning & development.
The major responsibilities and job functions :
- Handle recruitment & selection (prepare and publish the job adverts; shortlist, interview, and select candidates; conduct the onboarding process) and employer branding.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
The minimum education, skills, certification and experience needed for the position :
- At least four years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Officer preferably in technology company.
- Have leadership skills and experiences.
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and HR tools such as Haermes, Talenta, etc.
- Have a strong problem-solving skill and good communication skills.
