Job description for HR GA Specialist at TMP Consulting
- Handle all company administrative activities (attendance, contract, filing documents, database employee, etc)
- Manage company operational activities (inventory assets, procurement, office travel needs, etc)
- Responsible for HR-related finance activities such as payroll calculation & payment (exc. PPh21), handling BPJS, and reimbursements
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and training activity
- Manage schedule for Director activities
- Other activities related to HR & GA
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields.
- Min. 3.0/4.0 GPA from a reputable university
- Min 1-year experience as HR & GA
- Understand HR administration, Payroll, General Affairs, BPJS Health and Labour
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Good people management, time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
- Good leadership, proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently
- Available to start immediately
