Job description for HR Assistant at The Privé Group
- Researching and analyzing benefits plans, programs and policies
- Monitoring Government regulations, legislation and benefits trends
- Making recommendations based on data analyses
- Working with insurance brokers for benefits related matter
- Assessing Organization’s pay scale
- Researching compensation trends and reviewing compensation surveys
- Evaluating compensation policies
- Administering company appraisals and training assessments
- Ensuring costs associated with compensation and benefits are in line with the Organization's core values, culture and philosophy
- Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classification
- Responsible for welfare and benefits related matter
- Staying current with the company’s organization structure, policy and Employment Act regarding welfare and benefits practices
- Designing reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for performance related matter
- Reviewing of performance related appraisal system
- Completing timely reports on performance related activities
- Managing grievance procedures
- Overseeing dispute resolution involving employees, management, Government agencies, and etc.
- Internal communication/engagement with employees
- Maintaining employee files and HR filing system
- Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of HR office
- Ensure that deadlines are strictly met
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Committed and responsible team player, yet able to work independently
- Pro-active and able to multi-task
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience in F&B industry will be added advantage
