Job description for HR & Payroll Intern at Expressions
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters
- Maintain employee records
- Participate in recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding
- Handle staff insurances and claims
- Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets, salary calculations, and payment
- Calculate commissions using the standard operating procedures
- Admin support for government survey, grants and programme
- Assist in daily receivables check from the retail outlets
- Other office administration and employee related matters
Requirements:
- Studying/Studied Human Resource
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software
- Good mathematical skills
- Able to translate English HR memo to Chinese due to high proportion of Chinese staff
