Job description for HR & GA Supervisor / HR Generalist at Hit Club
- Responsible for HR functions such as attendance management, employee database, employment contract, etc
- Responsible for Payroll processing and compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize regular employee performance reviews and undertake tasks around performance management
- Report to management and provide suggestions & support through HR metrics.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Administer various HR administration tasks
- Coordinate office maintenance, asset, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure office is well maintained.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Proven working experience (at least 3 years) as a HR Generalist
- Understand HR Operation such as Payroll System, Employment Contract, BPJS System and Recruitment Process
- Proficient in computer literate such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and related business or communication tools
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Familiar in HRIS Systems (such as Talenta) would be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
