Job Descriptions:
- Plan and prepare engaging live stream content for TikTok platform.
- Host live streaming sessions, engaging with viewers, and responding to comments in real-time.
- Create and deliver entertaining and informative live stream segments, such as interviews, tutorials, challenges, and interactive games.
- Promote products, services, and campaigns during live streams in a seamless and authentic manner.
- Monitor and analyze live stream metrics to measure engagement and audience feedback.
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to optimize live stream performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop new and innovative live stream concepts.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our agency and maintaining a positive online presence.
- Working days: 5 days a week
- Working hours: 2 hours a day/10 hours a week
Requirements:
- Has experience as a TikTok content creator or live stream host is preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of TikTok platform, trends, and community dynamics.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Natural charisma and ability to engage and entertain audiences.
- Strong improvisation skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with live streaming tools and equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and compelling content ideas.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Willing to work from our office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
