Kozystay is a fast-growing middle to high-end property management start-up focusing on short term rental. Kozy is looking for motivated individuals with high potential to join the team. We offer fast career progression potential with good company culture. We are currently looking for a fulltime Photographer and Graphic Designer who will help us with details as follow :
*APPLICANTS MUST UPLOAD PHOTOGRAPHY & DESIGN PORTFOLIO*
The job responsibilities include:
1. Managing photography process from photo shoot to editing
2. Arrange and Ensure good photo composition, lighting, angles and background to adhere to specifications
3. Retouch, resize, enhance and edit images for Online Travel Agency Website
4. Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
5. Website and Social Media content design
6. Oversee layout (artwork, design, photography) and check content for accuracy and errors
Requirements :
1. Proven professional portfolio in Property or Real Estate
2. Ability to work flexible hours (weekdays and weekend)
3. Knowledge of photography techniques and consistency in photo session
4. Provide and Proficient with Photography equipment
5. Able to come up with good and creative concepts and ideas
6. Proficiency with Photoshop or other photography specific software and camera equipment
7. Shooting, lighting and editing skills
8. An eye for detail along with critical thinking
9. Initiative and determine in compositions and choose equipment, props, settings, and lighting to achieve desired results
10.Videography and Editing Video skill is a plus
