Job description for Help Desk Officer - Jakarta at PT Aino Indonesia
- Diploma Informatic Engineering, Administration, or other relevant
- Have a minimum 1 yrs experienced in Helpdesk fuction or Customer Success or Customer Support
- Have a good knowledge in Office applications (Microsoft & Corel Draw), Zendesk, Freshdesk or other supporting tools
- Have experienced in a dealing with difficult customer or hectic situation
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent Teamworking skills
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta
