工作內容
What you will do:
- Leading the team to achieve sales target
- Collaborating with other divisions to ensure the likelihood to close deals
- Setting targets, monitor and analyze performance, aligned with the company objective
- Defining procedures and strategy to improve performance
- Providing insights for service and product development
- Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- Preparing and present reports on progress
What we need you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales & minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Proven record of successfully closed deals
- Understanding of sales metrics
- Excellent in communication & negotiations skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
