Reporting to the Managing Director, The Head of Online growth & E-Commerce will be responsible for managing the P&L for the online retail channel, delivering on short term and long term plans
Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective
Maximizing online sales performance through effective management and development, ensuring the long term business strategy is at the heart of all decisions.
Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of each e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies, ensuring the business are at the forefront of the industry
Ensuring exceptional end to end customer experience from landing on the site, through to product delivery
Research and report on market / competitor / customer data and other relevant data to provide insights and support for business growth
3 - 5 years exp in Extensive D2C (Direct to Customer model) customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses.
Experience with a D2C beauty brand is a plus
In-depth understanding of paid social media and performance marketing more broadly.
Excellent presentation and analytic skills.
Ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiple sources.
