Job description for Head of Marketing at Riliv
- Design and develop both offline and digital marketing strategies for business growth
- Communicate and negotiate with potential strategic partners
- Execute, supervise and review the work of lower-level marketing execution
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Report and analyze performance trends against goals and identify improvement action
- Mentor and develop subordinate’s knowledge and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/related major
- Max. age 30 years old
- At least 2 year of marketing work experience, at least 1 year in the supervisory position
- Digital marketing skill is a must
- Preferably have any start-up experience
- Excellent in business planning, analytical skills, negotiation, and public speaking.
- Preferably someone with knowledgeable and high interest in mental health issues
- Proficient in English both spoken and written
- Willing to work in Surabaya after pandemic
