Hi! We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing (Specialize in Restaurant & Lounge Marketing) to join our passionate team at Sachi Kemang & Ambrosia Private Club. We’re a young, dynamic company with a passion for providing exceptional hospitality experiences.
Head of Marketing are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization or departments to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Daily tasks include leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. If you love to plan, coordinate and manage all phases of the creative project process, from concept to completion, then this is the job for you. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
2. Develop and training media communication plan
4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively
5. Budget-management skills and proficiency
6. Professional judgment and discretionary skills
7. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges in the market
8. Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
9. Hand on working knowledge in creating multimedia presentations, posters, signage and other collateral
10. In-depth working knowledge of social medial platforms
11. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant quality experience in a related field.
- Having experience managing Marketing Branding
- Having experience handling multiple categories of brand
- Having experience in F&B industry
- Preferably having experience growing new Brand from zero and become a market leader Brand
- Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, marketing communications, and performance marketing)
- Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills must be self-motivated and driven.
