Job description for HEAD OF MARKETING COMMUNICATION at PT. Wakaka Group Indonesia
- Creating and implementing plans to increase market share
- Commissioning or conducting market research
- Overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
- Developing pricing and budgeting strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams- from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
- Coordinating with and managing agency partners
- Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders
- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing, collateral, products and promotions
- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
- Creating and organizing marketing plans
- Organizing trade shows
- Customer events
- Managing the marketing budget
- Developing marketing materials to generate sales leads
- Producing press releases
- Analyze customers behavior, including their need and preference
- Communicating and Promoting company’s product
- Establish loyal market share
- Making good public opinion about the company
- Supporting company programs or plans
- Maintain the level of demand
- Making marketing plan
- Creating a strategy to increase sales, lift marketed product and branding
- Monitoring digital traffic
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- At least 3 year’s experience in F&B Industry
- At least 5 year’s of working experience as Manager in Communication field/area
- Age between 27 – 32 years old
- Good command of spoken and written in Indonesia, English and Mandarin
- Experience to analyze trend, viewers, and followers in market, in order to be able to produce the right content with the right market / audience
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels, both internally and externally
- Possesses strong social media knowledge and experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and to partner with key personnel throughout the organization
- Candidate must have great public speaking skill
- Matured with positive mindset and good interpersonal skill
- Multitasking, detail oriented and super organized
- Understand to use Marketing tools
- High creativity and ability to increase the BRAND AWARENESS
- Experience in Food & Beverages Industry in an advantage
- Understand SEO, SEM, Google ads, Google analytic and Website
- Ability to work in a team and can work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
- Excellent writing skills (writing portfolio required)
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proven lead generation expertise that resulted in ROI
- Strong communications and time-management capability
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong research, analytics and reporting capability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated creative, writing, editing, and multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience and success working in a matrix organization and collaborating cross-functionally
