- Oversee operations to run smoothly starting from pitching, execution until reporting.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Helping to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Evaluate and, if necessary, alter the content of projects before completion.

- Build and maintain production team.
- Assist the directors and employees of the Company in the implementation of marketing strategy and business expansion of the Company.
- Work with the Company team in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for the clients and partners of the Company.
- Help to develop the features and programs of business development of the Company.
- Coordinate/communicate with internal team of the Company to provide the social media / influencer marketing services for the clients and partners of the Company.

- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
