Job description for [HCM] Associate Product Manager at Timo Digital Bank
- Support Product Manager in leading a product-squad, including Assistant Product Manager, Product Designers, Developers, QAs for product development, using scrum-model: ideation, product-backlogs, grooming, planning, UAT, refinement, release and retro... for sprint-deliveries.
- Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI and strategic goals
- Develop detailed product feature specifications and training materials and ensure they’re clearly understood by relevant teams
- Conduct experimentation to validate product hypothesis and interview customers to gain insights.
- Oversee all stages of the projects working with stakeholders (creative team, marketing and development team, etc.) and be responsible for the full life cycle of a product: from ideation, deep-dive, development, release, go-to-market, and improvements.
- Collaborate with domain experts (in Data, Customer Insights, Growth, Technology...) to extract actionable insights for product strategy and product development.
- Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
- Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or comparable professional experience is preferred.
- From 01 – 03 years of experience in product management is preferred.
- Proven record in product execution skill, good at Product Delivery, Quality Assurance and Feature Specification
- Proven product achievements are strong contributors.
- Ability to utilize data and customer insights for product strategy and product development.
- Good understanding and ability of User Experience Design,
- Data-driven mindset is preferred.
- Problem & solution thinking, and Problem-solving skills are preferred.
