What You Will Learn
If you can thrive in the uncertain and fast-paced nature of a dinamic education develpoment and education system change (such as pandemi cause) , you will have an exponential learning curve here. You will leverage yourself and enjoy the thrill of building knowledge from education live reality.

- Observation technique on students
- Problem based learning
- How to handle a special need
- How to make a learning plan
- Evaluate the learning outcomes and output
- How to role as teacher at Moodle, upload learning materials, videos, and working with H5P plugin
Job Description
- Prepare learning/lesson plan
- Deliver lesson material in class and support students a condusive learning environment
- Coordinate with peer, level coach and head master in work in daily basis
- Evaluate and compile learning results (output and outcomes)
- Build a strong bond with pupils, parents and collagues through good communication
Requirements
- Male or female, 22-30 y.o.
- Strong willingness to be a teacher
- Able to recite Al Qur'an well
- Have adequate teaching skills
- Have ability and willingnes to join Pramuka movement
- Have a social media life that is in harmony with Islamic children's education
- Have an excellent health, non smoking, no game addict
- Have no restrictions relates to teaching role and practice
- Comfortable with fast-paced changes, uncertainties & challenges of a dinamic organization environment
- An ability work well on their own and within a team
- 1-2 years experiences working within a formal primary school
- Previous experience working in a school environment would be an added advantage.
