The Job
We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can develop marketing plans to push the growth of products. If you’re creative, possess a strategic mind, and have experience in implementing targeted brand campaigns, we’d like to meet you.
✅ Responsibility
- Market research and go-to-market strategy: Drive complex, business-critical growth initiatives. Define vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers dynamic user base growth and revenue through a deep understanding of users in crypto, NFT, and web3.
- Top of funnel marketing: identify scalable sources of high quality leads, and execute campaigns to drive traffic, active users, retention and revenue.
- Build strong partnership programs with other crypto/web3 companies/projects/DAOs to build Rove brand awareness and recruit new users.
- Communication: define the brand proposition, build and guide product direction with compelling content to generate demand, grow customer desire and differentiate our products in the market.
- Retention and customer experience management: make sure user flows are smooth and optimized for the business priorities. Determine the right customer-centric metrics, get alignment between teams, identify problems, and have actionable steps to fix and optimize the process.
- Product and operations: be the internal champion for your vertical, identifying and articulating product and process needs to better serve our B2B clients, partners, supply-sided customers, and demand-sided customers.
✅ Requirements
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of go to market strategies for a blockchain/crypto project
- Enthusiasm for and deep knowledge of the crypto industry and ecosystem (aka strong WAGMI vibes)
- A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
- In-depth understanding of at least several functional areas listed above and familiarity/general understanding of others; ability to learn new functional areas quickly and independently
- Excellent strategic thinking chops backed by a strong quantitative skillset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Flexibility to find the right approaches for each product, company, and situation, not only copy-paste what was seen before
- Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
- Ability to interface with a wide range of cross-functional partners and influence action across the organization
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and teams a plus
- Excellent English communication skills
