About Airboxr
We're quite literally changing the way people use spreadsheets today. Imagine all the pain a typical business analyst goes through to create an analysis where they have to collect, clean and organize data from multiple third-party data sources. We remedy that by creating an all powerful spreadsheets add-on that lets you query data across different sources without having to write a single line of code.
We're proudly a remote-first and hands-off company. As long as you can take ownership of your work, you don't need to work on a strict schedule. Our rule for meetings is simple. If something's taking too long to explain over slack, we jump on a call. We also don't believe in unnecessary daily stand ups. We'll all sync up once (maybe twice) a week to make sure everyone's on the same page.
About the Role
You will get to work closely (in as much as social distancing will allow) with both the founders and get exposed to a wide range of strategic and tactical responsibilities. You'll get one-on-one mentoring and guidance, as well as opportunity to be a part of a lean, early-stage team. We care more about your learning speed than what you can do right now.
While you do not need extensive experience on working with marketing tools, any exposure you have to the following will be helpful:
- Facebook ads
- Instagram ads
- Reddit ads
- Quora ads
- Google Analytics
- Mixpanel
- Amplitude
- Segment analytics
This role will provide you with exposure to various ways of acquiring customers for a software startup. This will include a lot of writing (a LOT!), communicating with qualified leads, engaging users on external forums, designing collateral for marketing, recording instructional videos, and maintaining our social media voice.
Along with demonstrably strong writing skills, you will need to have an eye for data, an early ability to distill data into insights, and comfort with working on spreadsheets. Finally, after spending time acquainting yourself with the product, you may be required to do demos with users and do basic troubleshooting.
