Job description for Graphic Designer at Creatory
- Design or redesign an identity style guide for a product, service or organization.
- Create visual identities (logos, fonts, colors, grids, spacings, graphic elements), tone & manner for print media, out-of-home media, packaging, online campaigns, websites, applications, etc.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding.
- Understanding the business case and client brief through research into the client and subject; understanding the client’s objectives and having an overview of the commercial content.
- Contributing to video production proposal pitches for TVC, MV, viral clips, etc.
- Briefing and overseeing production while paying excellent attention to detail and to the client’s brand guidelines.
- Produce unique design assets for use in social media and marketing campaigns and be published across.
- Attend strategic meetings to gain an understanding of goals in order to assist in the brainstorming of creative ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with planners, accounts, project managers and other teams.
- Support team with print and digital executions including color correction and retouching.
- Other tasks are assigned by the Line manager or/and Head of the Department.
- Manage all marketing material and collateral, digital, and print.
- Must be fluent in English communication.
- Professional design experience in branding design is required (creating style guides, brand identity for brands).
- Compelling portfolio of work over a range of creative projects.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Google Docs (Slides, Docs)
- [Optional] Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or motion graphics.
- [Optional] Motion graphics is a plus.
- [Optional] Video Editing / Film Making / Photo shooting experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch.
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography.
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats.
- Prior experience working hybrid in a globally distributed team.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
