Responsibilities
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, such as logos, original images, and illustrations to build strong visual communication.
- Provide creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines or design language.
- Participate in day to day design projects and productions of any creative products i.e. social media content, merchandise, newsletter, in fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design softwares.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years' experience of working in graphic or visual design field. Experience designing for B2B or SaaS tool and for a design system experience is a plus.
- An outstanding portfolio, showcasing experience in the field.
- A keenness for identifying consumer behavior, understanding briefs, defining solutions, and crafting detailed design.
- Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition.
- A proficiency in graphic design tools or software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- The ability to work both as an individual and a team player.
- Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and photography is a plus.
- A bachelor degree in graphic or visual communication design is a plus.
