Job description for Graphic designer and illustrator intern at Bluente
Company Description
We are an early stage EdTech firm. Our goal is to build a mobile app to provide better learning experiences for adults in language learning.
We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about design and our product but also fast and independent learners. As an graphic designer and illustrator intern at an early-stage company, you'll be an essential part of the team and take ownership to create beautiful illustrations that will impact the lives of many in their learning journey!

Role:
- Create original illustrations to support the educational content material, in line with Bluente’s style, targetted at working professionals
- Develop illustrations, logos, animations and other designs
- Conceptualize and design marketing collaterals and other related works
Requirements:
- Currently studying in a recognized university or polytechnic, preferably in design major (e.g. interaction, graphic, product, visual communications) or related diploma/ degree
- Keen eye for design with strong visual design skills
- Proficient in mainstream design tools (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Photoshop etc.)
- Interest in working in education industry preferred
- Flair for hand-drawn artwork and clean, sleek designs
- Highly accountable and takes ownership of one’s own work
- Curiosity to explore creative solutions and try new things
- Ability to create simple animations a plus
