- Leading and managing efficiently in business development, commercial and operations,
- Compiling the strategy and master plan for competitive advantages over competitors

- coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.

- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience of revenue ownership with a successful track record in business growth.
- Experience in setting business strategy and sales strategy for large region growth.
- Demonstrable experience commercialising a new product or service.
- Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- A deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, sales techniques and geographical expansion
