Pt Carlcare Service Ila Global Management Trainee 工作職責
The Global MT will report directly to the Line Manager and will be part of the Marketing team ，Channel team，E-commence team, GTM team. He /She will have the chance to be involved in the Highest Position as Company Development Life-cycle.
- Responsible for handling the promotion of company and high-end products.
- Work with other marketing professionals to develop materials, conduct market research and develop strategies to improve company sales.
- Identifying the competition and working with the sales and product-development departments to determine what products need marketing.
- Might research global business and industry, and, depending on company's current status in the global market, help our company expand into international sales.
- To develop strategies for commerce in country and strategic marketing plans including pricing and promotional planning.
- Plan and maintain budget for all products and coordinate with product specialists to evaluate all commercial specifications and ensure compliance to same.
- Coordinate with global managers and prepare strategies to achieve growth in markets, assist customer to evaluate product scope and processes.
- Analyze all business improvement plans and recommend changes if required, monitor all application and product trends and develop appropriate product innovation and provide optimal training to staff on all marketing tools for special projects.
- Collaborate with global communication and advertising department to design various communication strategies, prepare reports and manage all communication with chief marketing officer and senior management and resolve all issues in global marketing sphere.
- Monitor user experience and improve packaging in global markets to enhance same, develop strategies to analyze future requirements for new products and assist to prepare appropriate market strategies to get efficient return on investments.
Set Up Marketing Plan & Budget
- Develop and execute long-term/short term business objectives, goals and strategies in line with global/local business objectives, goals & strategies for TRANSION.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing objective, plans and programs including marketing calendar, promotions, pricing, forecast and budget allocation.
- Develop monthly marketing activities and ensure strong execution of marketing plans and major launches. Coordinate with supporting departments and vendors for operational efficiency.
- Lead development of brand communication strategy, marketing plans to drive brand preference, build brand equity
- Lead development of marketing plan yearly / quarterly / monthly basis to drive organic growth on existing line up and successfully introduce new product
- Lead development & excellent execution of comprehensive launch plans for new product launches including AD development, PR, Digital, BTL on time.Social Media Management
- Work closely with social media agency on Day to day community engagement and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and other social apps. Responsible for daily FACEBOOK post, video release, new products and hot information release, and the amount of attention. Manage media resources, media strategies and maintain good cooperative relations with various media.
- Creation of localized content for special occasions (e.g., National Day, Mother's Day etc.). Creation of promotional content for boutiques and DS tactical promotions to promote on social media.
- Make planning for the own media platform and official website and be responsible for the stickiness of fans on each platform.
- User group management, user group welfare system construction, fan group maintenance strategy.
- Establish an evaluation mechanism to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing activities and media release.
CRM Campaign Management
- Develop CRM Strategy based on comprehensive landscape analysis & brand ambition
- Flawless execution of CRM programs & coordination of all stakeholders from resource allocation and operation
- Manage the customer profiles and transaction data and provide a regular analysis based on customer segmentation to be reflected on short, mid and long-term strategic planning and implementation for marketing and sales teams
Qualification and Experience
- University graduate is a must be preferred with 1-2 years working experience.
- Related graduate degree programs include global business, international business, and global marketing communications, digital media / new media / web development / marketing or another related field may be preferred.
- Google AdWords, Google analytics certification is a plus. Experience in Digital Marketing/ marketing communications and CRM experience including Content Writing & Graphic Design. Smart Phone Field experience is plus
- Up to date with latest technology developments on social media platforms. Must have deep understanding about social media and know how to promote a new brand.
- Knowledge in the areas of international markets
- A Strong Communicator, both in writing and spoken skill. Speak Chinese should be a big plus.
