Job description for Global Customer Support at Polygon Bikes
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Communicating with customers through various channels using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Minimum D1/D2/D3 or equivalent (Fresh Graduates are Welcome)
- Experience working with customer support preferred
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to analyze and solve customer needs
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Comfortable using computers
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to manage social media, communication content, and create social media campaign
