Responsibilities
- C# development and Technical Support of GRG software solutions and products;
- Manage and resolve service requests from customers;
- Support partner and contribute to proactive support activities;
- Respond to and resolve customer issues within key performance indicator targets;
- Conduct project implementation and testing at customer site in foreign countries;
- Assist HQ in researching and analysing surrounding countries’ ATM software standards and protocol specifications;
- Other tasks.
Experience and Requirements
- Education background: Bachelor or above,major in computer science, software engineering or other related major;
- Above 1-2 years software development/system integration/system maintenance/technical support experience;
- Specific Skills:
- C# or C++ experience
- General competencies
- Proactive & Initiative
- Autonomous, able to work in a dynamic environment,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytics and problem solving skills
- Passionate about product support, performance assurance or customer tests.
