1/ Strategy & management:
• Plan & manage (i) partnership marketing performance, budget; (ii) all student engagement activities and (iii) direct MKT activities

2/ Partnership MKT Execution:
• Identify and qualify potential partners for lead generation.
• Develop partner presentations and provide product training to partners.
• Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications.
• Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners.
• Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
• Prepare project plans & event strategy (event, activation, seminar, meet up, contest) on 10 centers
• Research the market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customers satisfaction
• Develop event communication & content plans for event
• Manage the attendant acquisition
• Coordinate the acquisition of event speakers & attendants
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes.
• Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
• Analyse event performance metrics and post-event feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
• Monitor projects’s progress and budget.
• Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
Experience and Requirements:
• Vietnamese with a College/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Economic, and Business Administration is preferred.
• 3-5 years working experience, preferably experience in Partnership, Trade in education for young learners, service, finance
• Must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment
• Strong presentation and WebEx skills
• Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects
• Must be able to work with and influence sales organizations Understanding of partner ecosystems
• Responsible for the achievement of partner marketing & sales objectives
